Freelance needs take a variety of forms. Given our experience as both internal and external development professionals, we have found that our past experiences are useful in a variety of ways to other development professionals, internal training teams, and sub-contracting with fellow professionals.

Coaching

Assisting new coaches with the exchange of best practices, assisting internal organizations in refining coaching, mentoring and hi-potential programs are examples of work that we can partner with you on.

Group Work

Group work is distinct from training and traditional team building in that it is often unique in design to the groups situation. Having designed and facilitated many group work sessions we have also assisted training departments and fellow professionals in refining their designs and approach for an impactful session.

Consulting
